Shipping & Returns


Our ship schedule is below, we feel our order to ship time is one of the fastest in the industry. We use USPS for all shipping. If you have concerns about tracking, transit, delivery time, or receipt after it ships, please contact USPS, as we cannot control a shipment once it has left our hands. 

We use USPS Priority as it is currently the most cost efficient, traceable, and reliable service. Please note, We cannot refund shipping fee's if USPS is late or has an error in shipment.

Ship Schedule (all times are Pacific Standard Time)

Monday before 2:00PM ships same day, after 2:00PM, next day.
Tuesday before 2:00PM ships same day, after 2:00PM, next day.
Wednesday before 2:00PM ships same day, after 2:00PM, next day.
Thursday before 2:00PM ships same day, after 2:00PM, next day.
Friday before 1:30PM ships same day, after 1:30PM, next day.
Saturday before 10AM ships same day, after 10AM, ships Monday (unless otherwise noted on front page as we occasionally take a Saturday off)
Sunday Ships Monday

On Monday through Friday, if you order after 2:00PM, you may not receive a shipping notice until 2:00PM the following day, but it will still go out the next day.

No shipping on Sundays or USPS Holidays.

Please note: Orders worth over $150.00 US may be shipped with signature required. Orders going to a buisness or non residence (hotel/campus) will be sent with signature required and we are NOT resposibly for a non delivery.  The reason for this is the amount of fraud we run into. A large order or an order going to a business/non permanent residence is not considered fraud of course, but the frequency of claims on these orders is much higher than on regular residential and small orders. You also may be required to sign for the package, especially if you are a first time customer and check out as a guest or there is a different ship address.


We here at Super Vape'z strive to provide the best service we can. We only have a few return "rules" which are based on fairness for all involved.

1. We will fix just about any issue you have within 14 days of purchase provided it is a valid defect, not user damage or something out of our control.

2. You may return any unopened/unused product for a store credit or refund as long as the item is still in resalable condition.

3. We can only cover return shipping costs if something is DOA (dead on arrival) and we are contacted about it the day you receive it. But we will cover shipping a replacement to you once returned.

4. We replace potentially defective items for the same item (no swaps).

5. We do not ship International orders (outside the USA) at this time.

6. If you are in doubt of something being covered, just ask.  We will be happy to help with your questions.

Everything else is up for discussion. If you have an issue with something you purchased here, please submit a ticket on our contact form, we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not get a reply, check your spam filters as we respond to every submission and email.

The only exceptions to the above are plastic clearomizer "cracking" (due to acidic liquids) and coil replacement Heads, we cannot warranty coil heads.

Returns Address:

You MUST contact us on the contact form before sending something back, we will not take care of your issue if you just send a package back to us and it might end up lost. Do not send anything to us without contacting us first.
